Returns
At Marbreproart.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at Contact@marbreproart.com or contact our customer service team at +1 360 637 2322. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days from the approval date.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@marbreproart.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@marbreproart.com and we’ll provide you with instructions.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Contact@marbreproart.com with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
All products sold by Marbreproart.com are covered by a 2 years manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may have already been processed and prepared for shipping.
To cancel an order, please email Contact@marbreproart.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
- Custom products
- Personal care items
- Health and wellness products
