At MarbreProArt, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our policy for cancellations:
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
To cancel your order, please email us at Contact@marbreproart.com with your order number and a request for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation via email.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our Returns and Refund Policy to return the item after delivery.
3. Changes to Your Order
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the delivery address or product), please contact us at Contact@marbreproart.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
4. Refund Processing
Once an order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
